This program is for patients that have completed a physical therapy rehab program but still need the security of working with a trained professional in a safe, supported environment.
Director of Outpatient Services
Rebecca was born and raised in Poughkeepsie, NY. She received her Bachelors degree from Sacred Heart University in 2000 and her Masters degree from New York Medical College in 2002. Rebecca is the director of outpatient services at Community Therapy and Sports Medicine Inc. With experience in multiple settings, Rebecca loves being in the outpatient world, where she is able to see a variety of injuries and diagnoses throughout her day. She is the mother to four daughters. She loves being with her family and her dogs and cheering on her daughters in their sports and dance.
Maryann is our office administrator. She has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare world. Maryann's friendliness and extensive knowledge base has made her a great addition to our staff. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, especially her grandchildren!
Physical Therapy Assistant
Cindy is a 2008 graduate of Central Penn College. As well as working in our outpatient clinic, Cindy also works for Community Home Health Care providing in home physical therapy. In her free time, she enjoys hunting, gardening and family time. Cindy resides in Carlisle with her husband, Shawn and their two children.
Brandy is a 2006 graduate of Penn State . Along with providing OT in our outpatient clinic, Brandy is also employed with Community Home Health Care providing services for patients in home.
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Kala is a graduate of Penn State University. She has experience in several settings, including home care, assisted living and skilled nursing. Kala is also employed with Community Home Health Care, providing services to patients in home. In her free time, Kala enjoys gardening and spending time with her family, friends and three dachshunds.
