History
Community Home Health Care began in 2007 as a small organization comprised of highly trained nurses and therapists dedicated to improving the lives of individuals within the community. In 2015 we grew by adding Community Therapy & Sports Medicine Inc to our community family. Now we serve our community both in the home and on an outpatient basis. By providing excellent care, we grew into a well-recognized entity where people ask for us by name. Our promise is to continue the tradition of excellence by creating a happier, healthier community.
